About

About this edition

Hotel SESI Presidente Epitácio opens its doors to welcome groups of older adults for a get-together that promises to be unforgettable.

Movimentar + is more than an event: it is a celebration of life at every stage, an invitation to smile, get moving and make memories with friends. A day designed for the well-being of body, mind and heart, in a welcoming, safe setting full of positive energy.

The programme was put together with great care: a nature walk, adapted volleyball, pool activities, a succulent workshop, a cultural performance and a lively bingo to end the day on a happy note. The whole experience is supervised by our dedicated team of lifeguards, ensuring safety and peace of mind for everyone. And all of it comes with a delicious lunch, making the day even more special.
