Our story

Peace and quiet on the banks of the Rio Paraná

For more than 30 years, SESI-SP has been part of the history of Presidente Epitácio, a town at the far western tip of the state of São Paulo, on the border with Mato Grosso do Sul.

The easy-going calm of small inland towns is one of the hallmarks of Hotel SESI Epitácio.

The most beautiful sunset in Brazil

In Epitácio, visitors get to see the most beautiful sunset in Brazil! And we're not the only ones saying so!

In 2014, the TV show Fantástico (TV Globo) invited viewers to a photography contest and public vote to choose the corner of the country where the sun says goodbye most beautifully. A photo taken in the town not only made it to the finals, it went on to win a contest with more than four million votes.

Our guests have a front-row view of this natural spectacle. In the late afternoon we gather a group and, for the full experience, invite them on an open-air walk through SESI that ends at a perfect spot to watch the moment the sun shines brightest and sets on the horizon. Take it all in, applaud, take photos, meditate, reflect, give thanks, or simply enjoy the silence...

Open to industry beneficiaries and the whole community.

Who counts as a beneficiary

Employees of companies that contribute to Sesi, Sesi-SP, Senai-SP, Fiesp, Ciesp and IRS, and students of Sesi-SP and Senai-SP schools.

Guests aged 60 and over pay the Beneficiary rate.
