Beneficiaries are employees of companies that contribute to Sesi, Sesi-SP, Senai-SP, Fiesp, Ciesp and IRS, and students of Sesi-SP and Senai-SP schools. All other guests pay the general public rate (non-beneficiaries).

Yes. Guests aged 60 and over pay the Beneficiary rate.
Yes. All rates are per night with breakfast included, in both the apartments and the bungalows.
Lunch and dinner are paid separately and booked directly at the restaurant. Full board is included during special seasons and on selected dates (please ask).
Check-in 2 pm | Check-out 12 noon. Reception is open 24 hours.
Please ask about availability for early check-in and late check-out.
In the case of late check-in (arriving after the check-in time of the first night) or early check-out (leaving before the end of the last night), no refund, cash reimbursement or credit towards new nights or services will be given.
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, 8 am to 7 pm. In high season: daily from 8 am to 7 pm.
The hotel has two pool complexes, Tucunaré and Dourado. Discover leisure at the hotel.
No. For this type of accommodation we do not provide bed or bath linen (face, bath and pool towels), so guests should bring their own.
If you prefer, you can hire these items at the hotel reception (please ask for prices).
In the apartments, we provide bed linen as well as towels (bath, face and pool). Discover the bungalows.
Under Brazilian Federal Law no. 8,069 of 13/07/1990, minors (under 16) may not stay at the hotel unaccompanied by their parents without a document authorising their stay. A written authorisation from both parents must therefore be handed in at check-in, with signatures notarised, stating the arrival and departure dates, the reason for the minor's stay and the parents' contact phone numbers, PROVIDED THAT AN ADULT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR STAY AT THE HOTEL.
All children and teenagers must present their identity document (RG) or birth certificate at check-in.
As well as breakfast, the rate includes use of the leisure facilities:
At weekends, activities with the leisure host; during holiday packages, a recreation team runs a programme for Kids, Teens and Adults.
Children can enjoy all our green areas and have fun on the Brinquedão play circuit, the Megarrede giant net and the indoor kids' spaces at the hotel.
